Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
We ship to the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada / Australia / UK: 12–20 business days
• Other countries: 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Packages
WildRush is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at ningningyao430@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
